Blackbeards Smokehouse online shopping experience gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping. Products displayed on this site can be purchased using the Payment Express secure online MasterCard and Visa transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.


All products offered by Blackbeards Smokehouse are subject to availability. We may backorder products that are not currently in stock while we await delivery from the factory. In some cases product may have sold out prior to your order being processed and may currently not be available. If for any reason an item is not available, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order, and refund you. You will be offered the option to order a replacement product.


If you receive any incorrect items in your order, verify that they are different than what is displayed on your order confirmation. If the items that are shipped are different than the items that are included in the order confirmation, we will exchange them for you or send you replacement stock. Please contact us immediately. Blackbeards Smokehouse will not charge you for any shipping costs should that be the case.

Please check in the shopping cart and the order confirmation that you receive by email, that the order includes the items, quantities or other variations that you intended to order. If you realize that there is a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately, so that we can stop and correct the order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution to the problem.


If you receive any incorrect items in your order, please refer to the section above ‘incorrect orders’. We endeavour to have your product to you within 7 days of ordering. You will be notified by the courier company when the parcel has been picked up from our Smokehouse. Please track your item with the “track and trace” number provided to you. The item should not be in transit more then 24h. Once received make sure the product is still in cool condition and return it immediately to the fridge. During your online purchase order you will have various options available to you for your delivery. Please note that once the order has left our Smokehouse it is out of our power to determine delivery options. It is your responsibility to make sure you have filled in all required steps on the “parcel delivery” for a seamless delivery to your door. Blackbeards Smokehouse can not be made liable for perished goods where it was not possible for the courier driver to deliver the parcel due the receivers absence. Please contact us in case your parcel is not been delivered in timely frame. We’ll make our up most to recover the parcel from the courier company. Should goods been spoilt due to long transit times, they need to be returned to us and we’ll replace them at no cost to you. Please ensure that the product is still in the original packaging. No customer damaged products will be accepted back for refund or exchange. In the unlikely event of there being a fault with the product, we will endeavour to send a replacement, or will give you a refund. This includes a credit to your card for the cost of your return postage. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us and we will be more than happy to advise. Please contact us before returning any product.


Your use of this website constitutes an agreement between you and Blackbeards Smokehouse Ltd. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Blackbeards Smokehouse Ltd reserves its right to modify the terms and conditions that apply to the use of this site at any time.
