Hot and Spicy, our Hot Water Beach Bum Burner's are not for the faint hearted. Chilli, paprika, garlic and kaffir lime leaves combine for a taste explosion. Named after one of our local Coromandel Beaches where you can soak in a hot pool you dig yourself in the sand. Strange but true!
Our artisanal smoked mussels are made in our traditional smokehouse. A combination of the heat and a Manuka wood smoke delivers exceptional texture and flavour. The combination of brining and smoking the artisan way is the secret that keeps our product delicious and moist maintaining the integrity of the mussels’ texture.
