These mussels are solely mixed with a small amount of oil, to maintain the natural smokey flavour of the mussels. They are great for cooking with, or if you love a true mussel flavour.
Please note that mussels will be shipped Monday to Wednesday to avoid any mussels sitting around in courier depots over the weekend. They will be shipped in a small polybin and packed with ice to maintain freshness.
