Our team is dedicated to sourcing the finest mussels from the Hauraki Gulf and beyond, ensuring that every product reflects the freshness and quality of our local waters. We smoke our mussels using sustainably sourced New Zealand-grown Mānuka, infusing them with a rich, distinctive flavor. We then enhance these delectable morsels by blending in nature’s finest ingredients, including Makrut lime, chili, garlic, and an array of fresh spices, resulting in uniquely flavorful smoked mussels.
