Our artisanal smoked mussels are made in our traditional smokehouse. A combination of the heat and a Manuka wood smoke delivers exceptional texture and flavour. The combination of brining and smoking the artisan way is the secret that keeps our product delicious and moist maintaining the integrity of the mussels’ texture.

Please note that mussels will be shipped Monday to Wednesday to avoid any mussels sitting around in courier depots over the weekend. If you place an order after Thursday it will not be shipped till the following Monday. They will be shipped overnight with ice to maintain freshness however if you live a rural delivery location then please check delivery times with your Postie.
