Our artisanal smoked mussels are made in our traditional smokehouse. A combination of the heat and a Manuka wood smoke delivers exceptional texture and flavour. The combination of brining and smoking the artisan way is the secret that keeps our product delicious and moist maintaining the integrity of the mussels’ texture.
Named after the quaint coastal town Coromandel on the gorgeous Coromandel Peninsula.
